gave blood today

so today i was walking from one of my classes and i say a sing that said "american cross blood drive"

now i had never given blood before and i was quite scared but i said to myself i should do it because i love helping people and well this is a way to possibly save 3 lives so i said why the hell not...

anyways went in there did it took about 6 or 7 minutes and it really didnt hurt just a little pinch not to bad though i needed food afterwords but yay they give you food oo and juice

anyways yeah feel good now i did a good thing and it was worth it
